Fundamentals  of Wellness

Stress Management

Stress is directly connected to every area of your health.  When you are feeling stressed, exhausted, burnt out, etc, the stress hormones often will impede the other health goals you are working on.

Stress is part of our life, but with the right

strategies to help you cope, it can be managed and actually support the other pillars of health.

Sleep

Sleep is when your body heals, restores, and rejuvenates for the next day, so if you don’t get enough, you don’t maximize its benefits. Lack of sleep (less than 7 hours) has a direct impact on all other areas of our wellness.

Knowing you need more sleep or better quality sleep is the first step, but knowing how to do that can be challenging.

With the right plan, we can get you sleeping better as well as feeling better.

Nutrition

I implement an intuitive nutrition approach, meaning we work to build a program based on what works best for you vs a cookie cutter plan.

No more diets, no more deprivation!

Nutrition includes what to eat, how to eat, supplements, vitamins, etc, depending on your goals.

I focus on the 5 factors that are the foundation of our both our immune health as well as our overall health:

Fitness

Fitness has benefits well beyond weight loss, stamina, cardio, and strength. It also supports sleep, stress management, and even helps us feel better mentally and that makes it easier to achieve our goals.

Fitness should be customized to your needs, your ability, and to your goals.

Mindset

Do you have goals around your health and wellness? Do you believe you can achieve those goals?

We are often the first barrier in our own wellness success because we don’t believe we can make the changes, or we assume it will be too hard to change.

Working together to create a plan can help shift your thinking to propel you forward.
